Robert J. Wade has been passionate about building, creating, and designing from childhood.  He was born and raised in Novato, California where he was inspired by his father's garage full of old tools inherited from his grandfather, who was also a builder.  Constantly constructing and learning the fine art of quality craftsmanship, his mother probably could have done without some of the structures that would appear from time to time in the back yard, but he was always encouraged to continue in the direction of his passion.

 

He began working in construction at age 15 on a part-time basis through high school, graduating from Novato High in 1990.  He proceeded on to Santa Rosa Junior College studying construction management, architecture, engineering, and surveying.  He continued his education for a 3rd year at Questa College in San Luis Obispo where he also spent the summer helping build a 30 unit condominium development.  Robert returned to Novato and spent the next 25 years building custom residential homes in Marin County.

 

In 2010, Robert took on the positions of both builder and facility manager with Martin Ray Winery of Santa Rosa.  He spent the next 9 years leading his team to completely renovate the facility.  Robert is known for his persistent attention to every detail in order to accomplish his client's goals to perfection.
